Proposal for Service Development: A patented physical surveillance system for the modern age

History

Our technology has been successfully implemented on several occasions to identify car burglars beginning on October 25th, 2015.

Profiling an Individual

All smart devices have registered serial numbers.  The b-hound technology easily extracts this publicly available, unencrypted information.  From here, a complete profile of the individual, including name and address, may be validated by cross referencing public data sources.

Recording a Trail

Smart devices send out unencrypted beacons on a regular basis as part of a default background process.  This data can be archived in a database creating a record of historical trails.

Privacy Concerns

All geolocation tracking is accomplished without violating any privacy laws.

Avoiding Privacy Violations

Utilizing dedicated RF detectors and phones containing the crowd-sourcing app as the sensor grid, this surveillance service harvests only the unique unencrypted plaintext networking identifiers from the beacons regularly broadcasted by mobile phones (a default background process already performed by Android and iOS devices.)

Potential

Strategic implementation of the trail tracking technology has the potential to revolutionize personal security, law enforcement, and national security.  As more users interact with the web-application, they can capture criminal activity and contribute new information to the database.  Consider the possibilities for law enforcement agencies and private citizens concerned with ensuring the safety of themselves and their families.
